A tool box talk is a brief safety talk on a specific subject. They are used when a construction programme enters into a new stage and original induction material is therefore out dated. They can also be used when any new trade, specialist equipment or change in the working environment occurs. In essence, they are designed to keep the work force informed of current and developing safety practices.
